Construction Update
September 14, 2024
The Village is excited to share that construction is substantially complete! Over the last week, the contractor installed the final HMA driveways and addressed outstanding "punchlist" items for the project. The contractor is now working to
demobilize equipment and material from the project site.
Please note that once temperatures drop below 80°F, the contractor can complete the final seeding and blanketing along the project limits. The grass blanket will allow faster germination and prevent the grass seed from washing away.
Thank you for your patience while the Village completed important improvements to our infrastructure.
